Job description
Operations Admin Executive (Coliving/Hotel/Serviced Apartment)

Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessment records via the system(s).

Responsibilities
  • Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
  • Answer enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
  • Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and external audit support.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Participate in other ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience and knowledge in a similar industry and with training grants such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
  • Ability to drive change and improvement.
