Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a trainer for our semiconductor client to train newly hired technicians and engineers on safety, quality, workmanship, and SOPs on the manufacturing floor.

The role is on-site at Upper Changi, Singapore, a 12-month contract with a focus on coaching, gap analysis, and improving training effectiveness while supporting production activities and tests as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or related production.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work full-time on the manufacturing floor and in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

Salary up to $3600
