Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Singapore-based ChatGPT Trainer fluent in Mandarin and English to deliver customer training for OpenAI, starting ASAP. You will run one-hour virtual sessions for business professionals across APAC, introducing generative AI concepts and practical uses.

Sessions cover prompting techniques, demos, and using ChatGPT Projects; you will adapt content for different audiences, manage live Q&A, and translate technical ideas into clear business value.

We’re looking for a Singapore-based ChatGPT Trainer fluent in Mandarin and English to deliver customer training on behalf of OpenAI, starting ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivering one-hour virtual sessions in Mandarin and English for customers across APAC. These are introductory ChatGPT sessions for general business professionals.

Sessions include:

• A clear, accessible introduction to generative AI, LLMs, and ChatGPT.
• Live demonstrations of practical use cases, such as drafting and improving documents, summarizing information, analyzing files, and preparing for meetings.
• Effective prompting techniques: providing context, defining the desired output, and iterating to improve responses.
• Using ChatGPT Projects to organize instructions, files, and conversations around a topic or workstream.
• Participant interaction and live Q&A, adapting explanations to the audience’s knowledge and needs.

Requirements:

• Practical ChatGPT knowledge and enthusiasm for AI, with the ability to demonstrate its value in everyday work.
• Executive presence and professional communication: confidence, credibility, and the ability to build trust with customers at different levels, including senior leaders.
• Facilitation and instructor-led training skills: structuring sessions, maintaining an engaging pace, narrating live demonstrations, encouraging participation, managing time, and confidently handling unexpected questions.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations and relevant business examples.
• A formal training background isn’t essential, but candidates must demonstrate strong communication and engaging, well-prepared, professional delivery.
• Finance or financial services experience is preferred, particularly familiarity with relevant processes and use cases.
• High proficiency in Mandarin and English, sufficient to deliver sessions and manage live Q&A confidently in both languages.
