Your responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Organize and schedule meetings across teams and departments.
  • Prepare agendas and ensure logistics are in place.
  • Accurately capture and summarize key discussion points during meetings.
  • Distribute meeting notes and follow-up actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile and organize project milestones, invoices, and receipts for claims processing.
  • Maintain structured documentation for project tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in drafting and designing pitch decks and presentation slides.
  • Support visual storytelling and content alignment for stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct internal and external research to support project planning and execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect relevant data and insights.
  • Assist the project lead in managing digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to documentation, tracking, and follow-up of project deliverables
Requirements:
