Bubbles Gymnastics PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated coaching professional in Singapore to develop gymnastics skills in children through structured training and teamwork.

The role involves supporting both competitive and recreational programs, while handling administrative tasks and coordinating with parents and staff. Weekend and evening availability is required to align with program schedules.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in delivering quality coaching services
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and coaches to provide clear information and support
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve program goals
• Adapt work schedule to include weekends and evenings as required
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the competitive gymnastics program to ensure continuous improvement
• Coordinate practice planning, skill development, and design coaching strategies to prepare gymnasts for competition
• Develop and implement clear, progressive, and accessible development paths for all gymnasts
• Update registration and attendance records accurately and regularly
• Maintain consistent communication with parents to address inquiries and provide updates
• Assist new and current members with requests and enquiries promptly
