Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is seeking trainees for the Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) Programme 2026. The role focuses on assisting in food production coordination, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and engaging with various stakeholders. Job description

As a trainee in the Production of SATSCAT, you will assist the team in the coordination, supervision and directing all aspects of the food production area under inflight catering not limiting to the below:

Job Description
  1. Drive and place safety and hygiene as key competency within the department
  2. Establish and ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
  3. Assist with data generation and analysis such as allocation of flights and manpower in system, review of discrepancies, data and trends.
  4. Assure proper communication and represent the company management team
  5. Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer
Job Requirement
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  2. Keen in data interpretation and analysis, to monitor and identify trends
  3. Comfortable to engage stakeholders as required
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Good time management
  6. Keen to proactively identify problems that may arise in the work and find effective solutions
