Salary

Basic salary of $2250 to $2600 (subjected to work experiences)

Fixed monthly allowance of $250.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans and relay information to the public through audio and visual channels.
• Monitor social media to identify trends and potential issues.
• Provide situation updates and suggest alternatives to improve commuters’ travel experience, especially during train service delays.
• Liaise with external agencies as required.
• Submit fault requests to the relevant departments.

• Able to work on rotating shifts, including duties on weekends and on public holidays.
