Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily transport operations within the resort, ensuring smooth traffic flow, efficient logistics support, and excellent service standards to the guests and team members. You’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experience, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting events and transport logistics for the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all transport services within the resort.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure minimal impact on operations and maintain smooth traffic flow within the resort.
  • Support logistics for events and activities around the resort, including reservation of car park lots, verification and directing of VIP vehicles, buggy shuttle service, displaying of event signages, closure of lanes/ramps, etc.
  • Car park management, including handling incidents, enforcement of car park regulations and managing overall traffic flow of vehicles within the car park.
  • Attend/respond to guest enquiries and resolve transport-related issues.
  • Complete daily shift reports summarizing operational activities, incidents, and updating relevant data.
  • Manage and supervise a team of casual workers, including deployment, scheduling of meal breaks and grooming checks, ensuring service readiness.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Management Team.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Singapore Driver’s License or prior buggy driving experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in operations, transport coordination, or hospitality is preferred.
