Key Responsibilities

Traffic Controller (Freight Forwarding)

• Coordinate daily truck movements and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor fleet schedules and adjust routes to optimize efficiency.
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, deliveries, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with traffic safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or delays and implement corrective measures.

Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding)

• Handle freight documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customs teams for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization for freight operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
