• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
• Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
• Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2-4 years related working experience
• Knowledge in Port of Singapore Authority Portnet and Haulier is a must
