• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently.
• Assign jobs to drivers.
• Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely.
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement.
• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently.
• Process and handle documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking.
• Communicate closely with team to improve and maximize company resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
