Overview

Our client is a leading freight forwarding service provider specializing in efficient logistics solutions for air, sea, and land transportation. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations for their clients. They are currently seeking a Traffic Controller to join their team.

Working Hours

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
  • Saturday: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
Remuneration

Remuneration: $2,500 - $3,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily transport operations for air, sea LCL, and container trucking services.
  • Assign jobs to lorry drivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and collection of shipments.
  • Monitor container drivers for import and export activities, coordinating movements in and out of seaports and container yards.
  • Maintain communication with drivers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in problem-solving and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Residing in the east zone of Singapore.
  • Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Level.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work late if required.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to equip the successful candidate with the necessary skills for the role.
