Supply and Energy Management is seeking final-year students or fresh graduates to join our Energy Trading Desk as Analyst Interns. This role provides hands-on mentoring from experienced traders and meaningful analytical work that informs real trading decisions.

Main Activities & Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence and Research Analysis: Synthesizing internal research, external data sources, and public market information to develop actionable insights for internal traders and external clients
• Hedging Strategy Development and Trade Ideation: Analyzing market data and risk dynamics to propose trade ideas and structured hedging solutions that optimize PnL
• Process Optimization and Digitalization: Evaluating existing desk workflows and infrastructure to identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation and use of emerging AI applications
