The successful candidate will be part of the Private Bank Middle Office Corporate Action team providing middle office Corporate Action supports for Corporate Action transactions. The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between the Back Office and Frontline teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all Corporate Action events. This role requires strong corporate action knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage both business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities and process enhancements in a fast‑paced environment. The key activities include:
Prior experience in Corporate Actions operations is required, with at least 2‑5 years in a managerial role preferred. Strong understanding of Corporate Action types (e.g. dividends, mergers, rights issues, tenders, etc.) and their implications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively. Proven ability to handle BAU with minimal supervision and adapt to process changes. A quick learner with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT, or internal settlement platforms) and RPA knowledge is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
