A recruitment agency is seeking a Trade Operations Executive for the oil and gas sector in Singapore. The role focuses on handling receivables and payables, LC issuance, and coordinating trade operations. Candidates must have a degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience, especially with LC processes. This is a 1-year contract with a guaranteed bonus and potential renewal based on performance.
1 year contract with guarantee bonus (Renewable based on performance)
Experience in LC and FOB incoterm is a MUST!
Good career exposure
Handle receivables and payables for physical products trading transactions.
Import LC issuance and Export LC negotiation.
Review trade contracts.
Coordinate with Operations on trade and shipment information.
Follow up on the approval for payments.
Handle payments for cargo and direct expenses.
Maintain updated trade information in the system for the month-end accounts closing.
Liaise with Treasury to provide information on receivables and payables for cashflow planning.
Any other duties as assigned.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Commerce/Maritime Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling payments/invoicing/trade finance.
LC experience is a must.
Good quantitative skills and meticulous.
