• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

💰 Salary range: $3,500 – $4,500/month

• Assist the Trade Operations Manager in executing signed commodity trade contracts.
• Review contract terms and prepare all necessary Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
• Liaise and negotiate with commercial banks for the issuance of LCs.
• Serve as the primary contact for reviewing trade contracts and following up on shipping and logistics arrangements.

• Knowledge of the iron ore industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with Mandarin‑speaking counterparts regarding trade contracts, shipping, and banking transactions.
