Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage trade documents (invoices, shipping documents).
  • Coordinate logistics and customs processes.
  • Support international trading of metals and industrial materials.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, shipping agents, and internal teams.
  • Assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a commodity trading firm and we are looking for a Trade Operations Assistant to join their business!

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Central region
  • Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
The Job:
  • Prepare and manage trade documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
  • Coordinate logistics and customs processes.
  • Support international trading of metals and industrial materials.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, shipping agents, and internal teams.
  • Assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.
The Talent:
  • Degree in any discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance is advantageous)
  • 2 years of working experience
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, meticulous and a strong team player
  • Ability to communicate in Korean language to liaise with native Korean-speaking counterparts
