About the role

As the Trade Marketing Assistant/Manager for the Retail channel, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market share by building and executing powerful trade marketing strategies. From developing portfolio strategies, to activating impactful in-store campaigns and trade promotions, you will be at the heart of turning brand vision into shopper engagement. You’ll also be leading product launches, promotional programs, and category management initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, deliver ROI, and bring the company’s health-through-nutrition ambition to life. This role involves close collaboration with sales, brand, digital, CRM, merchandising, and scientific communication teams, while also engaging with agencies, trade partners, and regional stakeholders.

What we’ll like to see in you

You bring at least 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or other fast-paced industries. Skilled at translating insights into actionable growth opportunities, you are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing budgets, portfolios, and promotional activities. A strong communicator and influencer, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments, can stand alone with accountability, and excel at cross-functional collaboration up to senior management level. A proactive, hands‑on approach and readiness to travel when needed will set you apart from the rest.
