Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Platform Lead & Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering core banking projects. The ideal candidate will lead our team Trade Finance Product Implementation team, ensure high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, business analysts, integration analysts developers and other technical professionals.
  • Oversee the system configuration, and architecture, design, development of integration interfaces, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Present technical solutions and project progress to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for migrating from old solution to new solution
  • Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Required Skills
  • Experience in Trade Finance vendor solution implementation
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in Banking client migrations projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Certification in Cloud (AWS)
  • Certification in Database (Oracle)
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
