Overview

Sunrise is a leading sports goods company in Asia, involved in the wholesale and distribution of branded sports equipment, accessories, footwear & apparel across the region. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Trade Finance Executive in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Investment and Banking Manager with investment activities: tracking maturing interest payments, preparing fund transfer letters and opening/closing investment bank accounts.
  • Coordinating with banks for renewal of credit facilities and handling other banking matters.
  • Opening/closing bank accounts for Sunrise & Co and executing documentation for credit facilities.
  • Reconciling the group bank position monthly and tracking the FX position from KL, Indonesia & India.
  • Setting up and updating the online Internet Banking authorization matrix regionally.
  • Tracking insurance policies (General, Medical, Vehicles, Road tax, properties) and coordinating renewals.
  • Co‑ordinating with regional offices for document execution at the head office.
  • Maintaining property records and liaising with local service providers for overseas properties.
  • Maintaining company records including shareholding pattern, director lists, share certificates and other documents for group companies.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
