Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience in the trade finance function within the Oil & Gas or Commodity industries.
• Ability to handle full spectrum of documentary trade transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentary trade transactions.
• Review letters of credits and negotiate LC with buyers/sellers.
• Oversee shipment schedules and monitor invoices.

Job description

Our client is an Oil & Gas company located in the CBD area, currently looking for a Trade Finance Executive.

Reporting to the Department Head, the incumbent will be working in a team of 3 staffs. He / She will be responsible to handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions. The main duties will include reviewing all letter of credits, negotiate LC with buyers / sellers, oversee shipment schedules, monitor invoices, liaising with banks, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day trade operations covering import and export LC transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum a Diploma in a related field
• At least 4 years of working experience in the trade finance function within the Oil & Gas or Commodity industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
