Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, CS, or Business Administration.
CDCS or CSDG certification is a plus.
Experience implementing Trade Finance software (e.g., Finastra, Temenos, Misys).

Responsibilities

Map the current 'As-Is' workflow and design the 'To-Be' digital workflow for bank guarantee issuance.
Lead workshops with Operations, Risk, and Legal to gather detailed functional requirements.
Create BRD/FRD documents and define workflow logic for automated approvals and expiry notifications.
Define SWIFT requirements for MT760, MT767, MT768 messaging standards.
Design standardized digital templates for various guarantees (Bid, Performance, APG).
Coordinate UAT, create test scripts, and oversee data migration with no loss of expiry dates or liabilities.
Ensure regulatory alignment with URDG 758, UCP 600, and local regulations.
