Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a professional to ensure compliance and develop customized reports in their supply chain management. The candidate will drive improvement initiatives based on data analysis and ensure project completion within deadlines. With a max compensation of $4,800 monthly plus bonuses, this role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trade compliance and regulations are followed to achieve zero incident.
• Develop customized reports using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.
• Drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings.
• Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time.
• Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are updated to date.
• Establish, implement and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.
• Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends.
• Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time.
• Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are updated to date.
• Establish, implement and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training, facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering regional ESCs management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

M-F, 9am to 6pm

Compensation

$4,800 max x 13 + VB
