Trade Administrator

Responsible for managing and executing international trade documentation, raising commercial invoices, liaising with banks for bills of lading and packing lists.

Key Responsibilities

2 years’ experience in operations, including contracts & documentation in an International Trading Company.

  • Strong attention to detail & working with multiple parties in solving issues.
  • Strong analytical skill with an ability to understand problems & solve proactively.
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability along with ability to independently prioritize task & organize issues according to commercial priority.
  • Familiar with export/import documents & payment instruments such as Letter of Credit, CAD, DP
  • Good numerical & communication skills in English
  • Familiar with containerized business and logistics
  • Will work with internal accountant to raise invoices and handle trades
Office Administrator

To provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as necessary
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive for meetings and appointments
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and admin processes
  • Co-ordinate messenger and courier services
  • Perform personal errands or tasks as required
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Greet Clients
  • Receive, Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails
  • Manage task lists and follow up on deadlines and deliverables
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other admin tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
