Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage many of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and developers/vendors for solution planning and integration.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Liaise between business and technical team to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Planning and managing the testing effort within the context of each release/delivery.
• Ensuring the UAT environments, and required data setup are available to support testing.
• Responsible for end-to-end test execution, reporting and Test sign‑off.
