SHIN KHAI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator (Luffing Jib) to support lifting operations at construction sites in Singapore. The candidate will operate the crane safely, follow lifting plans, and coordinate with lifting teams to ensure site safety.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on tower crane experience, a valid MOM registration for Tower Crane (Luffing Jib), and a solid understanding of load charts and safe operating limits.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating luffing jib tower cranes.
• Valid MOM Crane Operator Registration covering Tower Crane (Luffing Jib).
• Good understanding of crane load charts, lifting procedures, and safe operating limits.
• Familiar with Singapore construction site safety practices and lifting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a luffing jib tower crane to lift, move and position construction materials and equipment safely.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and report crane defects or abnormalities.
• Follow approved lifting plans, load charts and safe operating procedures.
• Coordinate with lifting supervisors, riggers and signalmen during lifting operations.
• Monitor crane operating conditions, weather and surrounding site activities.
• Maintain crane operation records and inspection checklists.
• Stop lifting operations immediately when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Comply with MOM workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator (Luffing Jib) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant operating experience to support lifting operations at our construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the crane safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with site requirements and workplace safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a luffing jib tower crane to lift, move and position construction materials and equipment safely.

• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and report crane defects or abnormalities.

• Follow approved lifting plans, load charts and safe operating procedures.

• Coordinate with lifting supervisors, riggers and signalmen during lifting operations.

• Monitor crane operating conditions, weather and surrounding site activities.

• Maintain crane operation records and inspection checklists.

• Stop lifting operations immediately when unsafe conditions are identified.

• Comply with MOM workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.

About you

• Valid MOM Crane Operator Registration covering Tower Crane (Luffing Jib) operations.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating luffing jib tower cranes.

• Good understanding of crane load charts, lifting procedures, and safe operating limits.

• Familiar with Singapore construction site safety practices and lifting operations.

• Able to communicate effectively with lifting teams and follow lifting signals and instructions.

• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with site teams.
