Job description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to operate a Saddle Jib Tower Crane on our construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient lifting, moving, and positioning of materials in coordination with the site lifting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the saddle jib tower crane safely and efficiently according to site requirements.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects or malfunctions immediately.
• Coordinate lifts with the rigger/slinger and site supervisor to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Comply with all company and site safety regulations, lifting plans, and permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain accurate operation logs and inspection records.
• Assist in crane setup, dismantling, and maintenance when required.

Requirements:

• Valid Tower Crane Operator Certificate/Licence (Saddle Jib Type).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
• Good understanding of lifting operations and load charts.
