Responsibilities

• Conduct training for tourism and hospitality courses across focus areas: Sustainability, Technological enablers, Service experience excellence, Wellness & regenerative travel, Attractions & MICE.
• Develop and update training materials aligned with industry standards.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
