Technology & Transformation Advisor (G10, 8-10 years exp ) / Specialist Advisor (G11, 10-12 years exp.)

This role is responsible for executing the technology roadmap, process optimization and digital transformation initiatives for the global total rewards team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HRIS, Technology, Total Rewards and across People & Culture leadership to ensure systems effectively enable processes like, but not limited to, salary planning, benchmarking, market analysis, pay governance, job architecture and performance assessment and recommendations.
  • Design, Build and Implement intelligent, intuitive and automated total rewards solutions at scale. Key projects may include:
    • An employee compensation assessment and recommendation engine
    • An automated market job matching tool based on job description
    • A market salary benchmarking and pay range development tool
    • Incentive plan accrual and budgeting tool with smart reporting
  • Serve as the primary technical interpreter between total rewards team and Technology team, ensuring business, technical, functional and UI/UX requirements are accurately translated into blueprints and BRD.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to simplify, streamline and reengineer processes to deliver efficiency and impact globally.
  • Leverage emergent GenAI and agentic tools and technology to deliver order of magnitude efficiency and business impact.
  • Validate, Audit and Transform large time-series datasets for modeling and visualization. Design and implement ETL pipelines for automated ingesting, cleaning and transforming data.
  • Design and implement impactful total rewards BI dashboards to equip total rewards and HR professionals with actionable intelligence across segments.
  • Create wireframes and proof-of-concepts; Design and maintain high-quality documentation, templates, and training assets.
  • Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance standards globally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Total Rewards, HR Ops in large, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with HCM and compensation planning systems. Strong understanding of compensation processes and how technology can enable and enhance them.
  • A track record of leveraging automation, AI, and process design to improve efficiency and UX
  • Experience with automation & low/no-code tools (RPA, PowerApps, etc.), ETL tools, Python/R (data science/ML libraries) is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI for data modeling, visualization, and creating impactful BI dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating user-centered experiences.
