A human resources consultancy in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local legislation, analyzing market trends for competitive proposals, and collaborating with HRBPs and finance teams. Experience in managing compensation and benefits, alongside knowledge of local laws, is essential for this role.
Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia (except payroll processing).
Ensure compensation practices comply with internal pay equity standards and local legislation.
Analyze market trends in benefits, particularly medical and insurance, to develop competitive proposals for annual insurance renewals and forward-looking benefits strategies.
Serve as the Benefits & Leave Administrator, recommending policy revisions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and market analysis, both proactively and reactively.
Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
Training claims
Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and finance teams to drive the budgeting, performance bonus, salary review, long term incentive plans and benefits harmonization tasks.
Run analytics, report on HR metrics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
