Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills needed.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in engineering design, manufacturing processes, or tooling is an advantage.
• Proficient in 3D CAD or other engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support high-precision plastic injection tooling.
• Assist in new project quotations with DFM analysis.
• Collaborate with customers on DFM and mold concept reviews.
• Support tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.
• Assist Production in molding process optimization.
• Support Quality Team in test and measurement fixture design.
• Coordinate mold trials and troubleshoot tooling issues.
