Job Description

We are seeking a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to manage and coordinate construction works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with Singapore regulations and approved drawings.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth site operations and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NEA, and other statutory requirements

• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material usage

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met

• Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) practices at all times

• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant construction site experience in Singapore (preferred)

• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and codes of practice

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Candidates with WSH certificates will be an advantage
