Job summary
A leading engineering and construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled Timekeeping Administrator to manage employee time and attendance. Responsibilities include tracking time, administering leave, and ensuring accurate records. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.

Responsibilities
- Reports to the HR Manager
- Tracking employee time accesses (time-in and time-out)
- Administering paid time off/leaves/medical leave (Leave Forms are submitted on time)
- Ensuring that employees’ working hours are properly recorded
- Maintaining an accurate record of labor hours worked by each employee on each job area assigned
- Communicating with supervisors to settle and provide updates on time issues that arise
- Maintaining time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into system
- Verifying attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and advise on compensatory time earned
- Preparing reports on employee time and attendance
- Investigating and resolving timekeeping issues
- Recommend for the issuance of warning letter/notice to an employee when necessary
- Updating employee records with changes in work shift, job title, salary, or status
Job Requirements
- ITE Diploma in business administration, human resources, or any related field of its equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
