• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Allocate work to timber workers and ensure daily productivity targets are met.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials usage, and manpower.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment on site.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Timber Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of formwork systems and carpentry methods.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH) will be an advantage.
