Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Physics, Aerospace, or Automation.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/foundry environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking with effective communication and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership through school projects, competitions, or similar experiences is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work shift hours as required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and address SPC/defect/Equipment abnormalities and lot handling.
  • Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand.
  • Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability.
  • Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
  • Evaluate new equipment/materials and retrofits for better efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in‑line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling

  2. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand

  3. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance

  4. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.

  5. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

You’ll play a hands‑on role in building foundational technologies that power everyday innovation, from smart devices to sustainable solutions.

We’re looking for someone with:
