We’re searching for a Senior Equipment Engineer to be part of our Thin Film CVD department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supporting Thin Film Equipment startup, maintenance and related activities to support daily production and achieve operation targets.

What you will be working on:

Support CVD equipment engineering related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectives.

Lead and drive continuous improvement for cost, yield, productivity, uptime and defense systems.

Constant review of line practices for continuous improvement and pre‑emptive implementation of defense systems to ensure no major events.

Tool ownership and accountability for cost, uptime, wafer scrap, parts management, equipment down memo reduction.

24/7 standby for adhoc tool issues and decision making.

Daily updates in production meetings for tool issues and wafer scrap.

Chair discussions on troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to support daily production.

Coordinate new equipment startup and relocation to support production plan.

Participate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMs.

Update of OIs and SOPs to document best practices.

Prepare and handle customer audits and answerable for Fab 6s activities.

Provide training material and certification for new engineers and PM crew.

Provide good leadership to the equipment team to keep attrition rate within control.

Involve with tech transfer activities and co‑work with process counter parts.

Lead/participate in cross‑functional activities to support company‑level projects.

Lead in transform platform and generate LSS, BKMs and trade secrets for value creation for the company.

More About You:

Master / Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

More than 2 years direct experience in CVD equipment.

In‑depth knowledge in Applied Materials Centura HDP Ultima.

Basic engineering knowledge, which should include at least two of the following: theory of semiconductor physics, principles of digital electronics, semiconductor wafer fabrication processing, pump and vacuum systems, electrical wiring systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good ability and experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.

Clear and concise presentation skills.

Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving skills.

Team player.

Positive learning attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Able to take pressure under time‑constrained situations.

Leadership qualities such as supervisory, mentoring & coaching, motivating, and developing others.
