WONDERFUL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced massage/SPA professional with exceptional customer service to join our team. The candidate must have at least 10 years in the industry, strong communication skills, and a patient, respectful demeanor.

Weekend and public holiday work is required, with the ability to stand for long periods. A relevant certificate or diploma in massage/therapy is essential, along with the stamina for demanding shifts in a busy spa setting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in massage/SPA.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Relevant certificate or diploma in massage/therapy.

Responsabilités

• Performing patient intake tasks.
• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms; liaising with patients, therapists, and other departments.
• Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand, and transporting them as needed.
• Observing patients performing prescribed exercises and reporting concerns.
• Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating files.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice or heat as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and changing linen.
• Handling administrative tasks including ordering supplies, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.

1. Performing patient intake tasks.


2. Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments.


3. Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand, as well as transporting them via wheelchair to locations within the facility.


4. Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises and immediately reporting concerns.


5. Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files.


6. Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed.


7. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen.


8. Performing administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
