Thong Thai Bistro is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Thai Chef who can prepare authentic Southern Thai dishes with consistency and pride.
Prepare and cook authentic Southern Thai dishes (curries, soups, stir-fries, seafood, salads, etc.)
Create curry pastes and sauces from scratch
Maintain food quality, taste profile, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and prep work
Work closely with the owner and team to develop menu items
Ensure consistency in every dish served
Must have experience cooking Thai cuisine, preferably Southern Thai cuisine
Ability to prepare fresh curry pastes and traditional Thai recipes
Fluent in Thai language preferred (for kitchen communication)
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work long hours
Must be able to work independently
Able to start immediately or soon
🕒 Work Hours: 1pm – 1am
📅 6-day work week
