We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP Testing Lead to spearhead the testing strategy and execution for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP testing methodologies, S/4HANA functional flows, and proven ability to manage complex, geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Define, document, and execute the overall SAP S/4HANA Testing Strategy, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Test Management: Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test plan creation, test case design, test data management, test execution, defect management, and reporting across all project phases.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multi-location testing team, effectively coordinating tasks and communication between onsite and offshore resources.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, providing clear, concise, and timely updates to project managers, business stakeholders, and system integrators.
• Tool Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and effective utilization of testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, HP ALM/Jira).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, process compliance, and best practices throughout the testing cycles.
• Cutover Support: Coordinate testing activities during mock cutovers and go-live phases, ensuring a smooth transition to the S/4HANA environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP quality assurance and testing roles.
• Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a dedicated Testing Lead or Test Manager.
• Demonstrable experience successfully managing a blended delivery model with significant onsite and offshore team components is mandatory.

SAP Expertise

• Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and data flows, particularly within core modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Hands-on experience with SAP testing tools and the Activate Methodology test cycles.

Skills

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage defects and risks effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in developing detailed test metrics and reports.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAP Solution Manager or other relevant testing/QA standards (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience with Automated Testing tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft).
