Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist engineers with testing activities for server and rack products. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in engineering, has at least a year of experience in manufacturing, and possesses knowledge of C++ or Linux programming. The job involves participation in Kaizen and ISO activities, with testing and maintaining processes as key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineer with test-related activities for server & Rack products.
• Perform and maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process.
• Perform and maintain burn-in and power tests.
• Test, analyze failures, and work with engineers on improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Update the test program masterlist & tracking.
• Prepare and update Working Instruction.
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance).

Work Location: Tampines Industrial
Work Day: 4 days work, 3 days off. 3 days work, 4 days off
Work Time: Morning Shift - 7am to 7pm. Night Shift - 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities:

Assist engineer with Test related activities for server & Rack products

Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process

Perform and maintain burn‑in and power tests.

Test, analyze failures, and work with engineers on improvements.

Participate in the Kaizen activities

Update the test program masterlist & tracking

Prepare and update Working Instruction

Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Requirements:

Diploma in engineering with 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment

Good team player

Knowledge of C++ or Linux programming skills

Compliance with RBA standards
