Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in carrying out all test-related activities.
• Support and implement various product configuration setups.
• Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures, collaborating closely with process and test engineers to improve yield.
• Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Update test tracking records.
• Prepare and revise working instructions.
• Provide training on working instructions to new hires.
• Support the NPI process and production runs.
• Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Nitec or higher qualification in engineering, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a testing and debugging environment.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and superiors.
• Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
• Willing to perform shift work.
• Good understanding of testing methods and concepts.
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills.
