Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings.

Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI deployment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the integration of Gen‑AI.

Provide subject‑matter expertise and advisory support to senior management on the strategic implications and opportunities of leveraging Gen‑AI within the banking industry.

Oversee the development and implementation of robust prompt‑engineering practices to ensure the reliability, transparency, and accountability of Gen‑AI models used within the bank.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive AI literacy program to educate and empower employees on the responsible use of Gen‑AI technologies.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices related to Gen‑AI governance, and continuously adapt the bank's approach to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements
