Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Overseas the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales and Performance: Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing resources, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a cohesive and high‑performing team
  • Customer Service: Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Financial Management: Oversee the branch’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Community Engagement: Represent our organization in the local community, building relationships and promoting our brand

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the financial services/sales/tele‑call industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of lending processes, products and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets
  • Possess strong expertise in tele‑calling and excel in delivering exceptional front‑line customer service, consistently ensuring positive client interactions and resolutions
  • Excellent leadership & team management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
