A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee end-to-end testing activities for a private banking system implementation using Temenos. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in testing, with 3 years in a management role within the banking industry. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall testing strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee end-to-end testing activities for a Private Banking system implementation leveraging Temenos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking domain testing, test strategy formulation, and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the overall testing strategy, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
  • Oversee all testing activities related to Temenos and its integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Coordinate with business users, project managers, vendors, and QA teams to ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring full coverage of business requirements.
  • Manage and lead the testing team, providing guidance, task allocation, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure all defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently in collaboration with development teams.
  • Drive UAT preparation and execution, including defect triage and reporting.
  • Maintain test progress dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for project governance.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s testing framework, QA policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in testing or quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a test management capacity within the banking industry.
  • Proven experience with Temenos core banking systems – ideally in private banking or wealth management environments.
