The Test Manager will be leading a large-scale banking project, focusing on test strategy development, implementation, and continuous refinement. The role requires deep banking industry knowledge and the ability to translate project needs into effective test approaches.

Responsibilities as below:

• Allocate and manage QA resources efficiently across projects.
• Develop, trial, and refine test strategies to enhance efficiency and ensure full coverage.
• Implement and optimize testing processes based on results.
• Oversee test plan development and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Understand project scope, goals, and technical requirements to guide the QA team.
• Apply banking QA expertise to improve testing strategies for applications and infrastructure.
• Mentor the QA team and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead QA efforts for complex, large-scale projects and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business needs.
• Optimize QA processes for operational efficiency.
• Manage and enhance offshore QA operations for smooth coordination and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications
