Responsibilities

• Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to ensure minimal down time and customer impact.
• Coordinate/test fixture PM and calibration activities as scheduled and follow-up on OOT issues as required.
• Interface with test engineers and BU customers to deploy new test fixtures and manage own fixture projects; document deployment issues.
• Estimate and reduce test fixture development costs and improve delivered fixture quality using DFx principles.
• Develop and use test procedures; assist in defining test specifications with design, software, and manufacturing engineering.
• Gather operational data and evaluate results; take corrective/continuous improvement actions.
• Determine root cause and corrective action analysis; provide failure analysis reports as required.
• Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product/Fixture Development.
