Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software or system testing for autonomous systems, robotics, or ADAS/AV features.
• Experience in designing and executing scenario-based tests and traceability from requirements to tests.
• Exposure to fleet management systems (FMS) and system integrations (APIs, message buses).
• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem design, IT infrastructure interfaces, and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AV vendors to develop and adapt features for operational environments (emergency vehicle prioritisation, roadwork navigation, traffic light integration).
• Oversee integration of the AV Fleet Management System with external platforms for enhanced functionalities.
• Design and execute scenario-based testing to validate system performance and readiness.
• Recommend system enhancements and ensure feature compliance with AV safety regulations.
• Conduct safety testing to ensure reliability and regulatory adherence of new features.
• Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based/on-prem architecture.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and governance requirements.
• Supervise OTA software updates deployed by AV vendors for seamless implementation.
• Lead development of the Command & Control (C2) system for AV operations.
• Collaborate with telecom providers to ensure stable, secure 4G/5G connectivity for remote supervision.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Location: Changi East

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AV vendors to develop and adapt new features to suit operational environments (e.g. emergency vehicle prioritisation, roadwork navigation, and smart traffic light integration)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or system testing for autonomous systems, robotics, or ADAS/AV features
• Experience in designing and executing scenario‑based tests and requirements‑to‑test traceability
• Exposure to fleet management systems (FMS) and system integrations (APIs, message buses)
• Basic knowledge of cloud/on-prem design, system design principles, including how robotic/AV systems interface with other enterprise IT infrastructure, basic networking and communication protocols, cybersecurity practices and SDLC
