Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to lead automation initiatives across UI, API, and contract testing, with CI/CD integration. The role requires hands-on expertise with Selenium and Playwright, strong CI/CD exposure, API testing, and a solid understanding of performance and security testing in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in QA/testing
• Hands on expertise with Selenium and Playwright
• Strong exposure to CI/CD integration
• API testing (Postman/REST Assured)
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and shift left practices (BDD/TDD, contract testing).
• Strong knowledge of performance and security testing concepts and tools (JMeter/k6, OWASP ZAP)
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for test environment management
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities
