Job Summary

Responsible for planning and executing functional and UAT testing for treasury and trading systems, ensuring end‑to‑end process validation and alignment with business requirements, with strong knowledge of FX and structured investment products.

Mandatory Skill‑set

• Must have hands‑on experience in functional and UAT testing;
• Working knowledge of treasury and trading systems (end‑to‑end process testing);
• Must have strong understanding of banking products, especially FX‑based transactions and structured investments (FX/Equity);
• Proficiency in using JIRA for test and defect management;
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with attention to detail in test design and execution.

Desired Skill‑set

• Experience working in banking or financial institutions;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint‑based testing;
• Exposure to test automation frameworks or tools;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular progress updates and maintain testing activities in JIRA;
• Develop, identify, and maintain test data required for executing test cases;
• Prepare, review, and refine test plans and test cases in collaboration with project teams;
• Perform functional testing focusing on treasury‑related systems and processes;
• Maintain and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full coverage between requirements and test cases;
• Actively participate in UAT phases and support project implementation activities;
• Validate end‑to‑end trading workflows across system interfaces;
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects promptly.
