Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit monthly servicing reports for the systems.
• Coordinate with the Employer's representative for project execution.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
• Attend site meetings as directed.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity and related documentation.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Scope of duties

1. To submit the report for schedule of servicing for the systems on a monthly basis
2. To liaise the Employer's representative to ensure proper coordination for the execution of the works as required by the Company
3. To prepare and submit monthly management reports
4. To attend site meetings as directed
5. To prepare and submit other reports, works progress report, etc as and when directed
6. To prepare Bills of Quantity with appropriate sketch or shop drawing
7. Any other duties as assigned from time to time
